My darling and I found our Valentine's getaway special. Everything felt relaxed and cute. The food in the restaurant was lovely. It was beautifully presented and tasted great. Leanne provided amazing service. She was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

The check-in process was quick, and Emily at reception was particularly helpful. The premier suite upgrade included nice amenities. I found the spa quiet, a definite plus. Dinner showcased very good quality, with service that balanced professionalism and friendliness.
The milk machine location was inconvenient (it was quite a trek in the morning).

The room was clean and tidy. It met my basic expectations.
The breakfast service was not good (a real letdown). The hot food station was awkwardly placed, causing bottlenecks with the staff. The coffee machine was also broken.

The staff was friendly. I was kinda surprised to find tea making facilities in my room. There was fresh milk and a coffee machine. I used the gym and spa area and found it great.
I found the breakfast for the cost minimal. Room service had issues with cold coffee. The rooms are dated. I thought they needed refurbishment.

I faced issues that were very annoying. A sewage smell haunted the bathroom both nights. I couldn't get milk for my morning tea easily. The machine was down the hall. The carpets had stains and the furniture seemed quite dated. These details created a really bad impression.
